The trial of a young father accused of killing his baby son over two years ago has begun in Northern Ireland.
Ryan Leslie, 26, from Ballyvessey Green in Newtownabbey, Co Antrim, denies murdering the 14-week-old infant.
Mr Leslie faces a further charge of grievous bodily harm.
Cameron Jay Leslie died at Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital in September 2008.
Belfast Crown Court heard today that the infant died from a blunt
trauma injury to his head. The child was also found to have fractured
ribs.
The case continues before a jury of eight women and four men.
