Convicted felon Casey Anthony appeared in court today for a Status/Pending Motions hearing on her murder case. Casey was agitated and not smiling as she usually does.

The accused baby killer Casey and her mother, Cindy Anthony, broke down crying when Judge Perry started talking about the defendant’s right to a ‘fair’ trial. As seen in the past, Casey only cries when it has something to do specifically with her. She does not cry or show any emotion with issues dealing with her deceased daughter, Caylee Anthony.
