Three Florida appeal judges are reviewing a petition filed by several media outlets who oppose Chief Judge Belvin Perry's order related to the public notification of where Casey Anthony's jury will come from.

Joanne Simmons, spokeswoman for Florida's 5th District Court of Appeal, said today that the circuit received the petition Tuesday night, and it has been assigned to judges William Palmer, Jacqueline Griffin and Kerry Evander.

Simmons said the judges are reviewing the petition and there has been no request for oral arguments.

The judges are aware of the time-sensitive nature of the appeal, but cannot predict when a decision will be made, Simmons said.
