A Florida appeals court handed down a ruling late yesterday that basically was a win-win ruling for both the court and the media in the Casey Anthony murder trial. The court is within its rights to withhold information on the location of jury selection if the court deems it in the best interest of justice to do so. However, the confidentiality agreement has basically been struck down because the appellate court has ruled the court must informed all interested media at the same time.

So, Judge Perry will let all media outlets who are interested know at the same time…and when he gets good and ready to do so. Jury selection will begin as scheduled at 9:00 am. Monday, May 9th…at the yet to be announced location.
