Defense for accused murder mom CASEY ANTHONY stuns the world with bombshell claim – her daughter CAYLEE drowned in family pool -- and then Casey lied about it!
In opening statements, defense attorney Jose Baez said Anthony never reported Caylee missing because she was never missing.
"We're not here to talk about how inappropriate Casey acted," Baez said.
"We're here to find out exactly how Caylee died. That's the key issue throughout this entire case."
Baez said it is not a case of murder or child abuse.
He then described alleged sexual abuse Casey Anthony had suffered at the hands of her father George Anthony.
