Prosecution Lays Out Case Against Casey Today What To Expect In Day 2 Of Anthony Trial? - WESH

ORLANDO, Fla. -- After defense attorneys set several bombshell theories into motion during opening statements in the Casey Anthony murder trial, prosecutors will proceed to lay out their case on Wednesday.
Several spectators lined up again Wednesday to watch the second day of the high-profile trial.
"It was rioting, I watched the trial yesterday and I didn't know they would put George on and possibly Cindy on the trial maybe today," one spectator said while she waited outside the Orange County courthouse.
The defense claimed Tuesday that the death of Caylee Marie Anthony was an accident. Lead defense attorney Jose Baez said the 2-year-old drowned in the Anthony family's swimming pool.
The defense claimed that Casey Anthony lied about the death because she was afraid. They said she was taught to lie because sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of her father, George Anthony, who took the stand after the defense's opening statement.
