VICTOR DUNN - 14 yo /Mentally challenged - Eugene OR

Eugene Police are looking for a missing 14-year-old boy who walked away from school at 200 N Monroe St. Monday morning.
They say he has a functional mental age of a 7 or 8-year-old, and has a history of walking away.
He also has a medical condition that requires medication that he does not have with him.
The teen is described as approximately 5'6" tall, with a thin build, dark complexion and long dark hair.
He was last seen walking east toward the Owen Rose Gardens, wearing a brown jacket, brown t-shirt, and black pants.
Police say he has a history of similar behavior and hasa tendency toward seeking crowds.

and long, dark hair. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, brown

A missing Eugene teen has been found safe more than 24 hours after he ran away from school. Police found 14 year old Victor Dunn near the intersection of W. 11^th and Chambers Tuesday afternoon.
Administrators
with the Home Instruction program say Victor was very upset when he
arrived for class at the 4J District office building on Monday.
After
numerous attempts to calm him down, they say Victor announced he was
leaving the classroom. When a teacher tried to follow him, they say he
ran off.
Two teachers tried to coax him back to class – but say he got more agitated and eventually bolted towards the Owen Rose Gardens.
Teachers called the boy's parents and police minutes after he took off.
