ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's civil attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by a search group that looked for her daughter for several months.

In the motion, defense attorney Charles Greene alleges that the Texas Equusearch's lawsuit, which was filed last month, is a fraud and asks for unjust enrichment.

Anthony's daughter, Caylee, was reported missing in July 2008 and in the months before her remains were found in December 2008, Miller and Equusearch volunteers spent dozens of hours searching for the missing toddler.
