Casey Anthony hearing scheduled for Friday

ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony will not have to report to an Orange County probation office by 10 a.m. Thursday.

Judge Perry has issued a stay, essentially delaying the order by Judge Stan Strickland that Casey report to serve her probation.

Perry will hold a hearing at 9 a.m. Friday to hear the defense's emergency motion to vacate Judge Strickland's probation order.
