ORLANDO, Fla. -- When Casey Anthony is deposed this fall in a civil lawsuit, it will be done in secret.

Anthony's attorneys and lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez attended a a case management hearing Thursday morning.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony because Anthony originally told detectives a woman by Gonzalez's name was the nanny who disappeared with her daughter, Caylee Anthony.

Gonzalez's lawyers wanted to broadcast Anthony's scheduled deposition, which remains set for Oct. 8.

Judge Lisa Munyon denied the request, saying Anthony could be deposed from an undisclosed location by video link, and it is not to be broadcast.
