Casey Deposition Video May Be Released -- Wesh

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A video of Casey Anthony wearing a disguise as she was being deposed Saturday may soon be made public.

Morgan and Morgan, the law firm representing Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, says it has made a request to Judge Lisa Munyon asking that it be allowed to release the video tape of the deposition to the media.
John Morgan told reporters Saturday that Casey Anthony showed up for the deposition disguised in a hat, sunglasses and a wig.
Casey and her attorney, Charles Greene, were at an undisclosed location and appeared in the offices of Morgan and Morgan via video conference.
Anthony did not answer many questions. Instead, her attorney repeatedly invoked Anthony's fifth amendment right against self-incrimination.
The deposition lasted about 45 minutes and Morgan said while Anthony was composed and courteous, her body language communicated that she did not want to be there.
The defamation suit against Anthony was filed by Fernandez-Gonzalez who claims Anthony ruined her life by telling detectives a woman by the same name kidnapped Casey's daughter.
