ORLANDO, Fla. - A judge is expected to rule this week on two separate lawsuits against Casey Anthony that may force her to waive her Fifth Amendment right.

Zenaida Gonzalez and Texas Equusearch have filed separate lawsuits against Anthony, and attorneys have teamed up to try to force Anthony to answer questions in each of their lawsuits.
