ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orange County judge has denied a request that would have forced Casey Anthony to answer questions.

Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez, the Kissimmee woman suing Casey, wanted to force Anthony to answer questions under oath after they weren't happy with her answers during a deposition a few months ago.

Wearing a disguise, Casey invoked the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination for most of her answers.

Gonzalez claims her name was ruined when Anthony said a woman by the same name kidnapped her daughter, Caylee Anthony.
