Casey Anthony: Will Zenaida Gonzalez suit go to trial?
It's possible the case will be tossed at a hearing Friday.

The potential trial — delayed recently from April to Jan. 2, 2012 — promises much for those who followed Anthony's murder trial: More drama, new details and, potentially, Casey Anthony back in an Orange County courtroom.
But a possible barrier looms on the road to a second Casey Anthony trial: On Friday, a judge in the case will hear arguments about whether Gonzalez's claim has the legal standing to proceed.
