Rock Hill mom arrested after baby tests positive for drugs

ROCK HILL — A Rock Hill woman was arrested after her newborn baby tested positive for opiates, police say.
Sierra Faulkenburg, 20, is charged with unlawful conduct of a child, according to police documents.
The Department of Social Services reported that Faulkenburg had a baby girl on May 10, according to a Rock Hill police report. The baby tested positive for opiates.
At the time, Faulkenburg had admitted to using heroin recently, the report states.
DSS turned the case over to Rock Hill police and after an investigation she was charged. She is being held in the Rock Hill Jail on $5,000 bond.
