Readers often ask when Casey Anthony’s probation will end.

A spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Corrections said Friday afternoon: “All our department is going to say is Casey Anthony will be done with probation by September. That’s all I’m going to say. That’s for security purposes.”

Attorney Richard Hornsby, who offered Anthony analysis for WESH-Channel 2, had a more precise answer.

“She was technically released from jail early July 17th, and her first official day of probation would have been July 18th, 2011,” Hornsby said. “As a result, her probation will legally end on July 17th, 2012.”

Anthony is somewhere in Florida serving a year’s probation for check fraud. A year ago, she was acquitted of murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
