BRIGETT FRISBIE - 17 yo/ Accused: Alex Oliveri - Houston TX
19-year-old shot girl to keep her quiet, prosecutors say

Bridgett Frisbie was dressed to go to a party, wearing glitter, a bright blue skirt and fluffy blue leg warmers when her body was found next to a half-dozen pine trees in the woods of northwest Harris County.
A single bullet to the back of the head had killed her where she stood, prosecutors said, just after midnight on April 3, 2011.
On Monday, Alan Perez told jurors that he watched his friend Alex Olivieri put his hand on Frisbie's back, pull a pistol out of the shoulder holster under his military style jacket and pull back the hammer.
"He put it in her neck area, and then I saw a bang," Perez testified in the murder trial. The teen, who was wearing all black and a ski mask, said he saw it all.

Perez, 19, testified Monday he thought the duo were trying to scare Frisbie, 17, to keep her from talking about a drive-by shooting she did with Olivieri a month earlier.
Prosecutors said Olivieri, 19, shot up Frisbie's ex-boyfriend's house as a favor, but the girl began telling people about the crime, jeopardizing Olivieri's chances of getting into the Army.
"He had to keep her quiet," Assistant Harris County District Attorney Tina Ansari said during opening statements.
Olivieri found Frisbie walking near her home around midnight. Perez was hiding under a blanket in the back of the Chevrolet Suburban. Olivieri drove Frisbie to a wooded area and led her into the woods, under the pretense of digging up something he had buried.
Alibi discussed
Perez followed the pair into the woods undetected. Olivieri brought a small shovel, and Perez saw Frisbie start to poke the ground with the shovel before she was shot.
Perez said, he shouted expletives at Olivieri. "He came running at me, and I was in shock because he shot her."
The two teens then destroyed the girl's phone and drove away.
Perez said Olivieri wanted him to tell police the two had been up all night playing video games.
Hours later, the pair picked up Frisbie's boyfriend at the bus station in downtown Houston. He was returning from a long trip.
"Alex laughed and was joking," Perez said. "He wanted that to be part of the alibi too."
When Frisbie's body was found days later by a group of teens on 4-wheelers, Olivieri texted Perez that their friend was dead. The text, he said, was another attempt at solidifying his story.
Days later, Perez told his mother about the shooting and was granted immunity for his testimony.
Olivieri, who is free on $50,000 bail, pleaded not guilty Monday.
His attorney, Tommy LaFon, did not explain Olivieri's defense, reserving his opening statement until after the prosecution rests.
The trial, in state District Judge Jim Wallace's court, is expected to last about a week.

OMG the murderer is free on bail! "Olivieri, who is free on $50,000 bail, pleaded not guilty Monday."
I bet the guy granted immunity is scared. I hope he doesn't end up dead as Olivieri is a cold blooded killer. He should not be out on bail.
