FLORIDA – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a MISSING CHILD ALERT for 14 year old Emily Wynell Paul of Southport Florida, in Bay County. According to the report she was last seen in the area of the 4100 block of Edwards Rd in Southport.

The FDLE has not released anything further at this time, other than the child may be endangered.

Emily Wynell Paul, age 14, has been missing from the Bay County Florida area since April 13, 2013. Her family wants her to come home. If you see Emily, please contact law enforcement officials at 850-747-4700 or dial 911 to report her whereabouts.

She has brown hair cut very short on the left side, and shoulder length on the right with green and purple highlights, and blue eyes. Emily changes her hair color and hairstyle frequently.
