Report: Ocala woman gave alcohol to, had sex with 14-year-old child

Detectives look for tips on Kelly Maass' contact with kids

An Ocala woman was arrested Monday after being accused of having inappropriate contact with a child, according to a report from the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

A 14-year-old victim told Marion County Sheriff's Office detectives that Kelly Maass, 19, provided alcohol for both of them and that they had inappropriate contact at least twice during June 2014.

MCSO detectives interviewed Maass, who admitted to being in a bedroom with the victim, the report stated.

Maass was charged with lewd and lascivious battery. She was taken to the Marion County Jail and has since bonded out.
