Rochester mother charged with endangering the welfare of a child

A Rochester mother is facing charges child endangerment charges.

Police tell News10NBC they arrested Jeannie Lowe after a resident found her three-year-old son early Sunday afternoon on Wilder Street. We’re told the boy was on a porch in pajamas for several hours and he was never reported missing to 911 or Rochester Police.

The boy is now with Child Protective Services.
