Bounty hunter to be questioned in Casey Anthony civil case

Leonard Padilla will be questioned in the defamation suit against Casey Anthony.

The California bounty-hunter who once bailed Casey Anthony out of jail is expected to be questioned by prosecutors in the civil case against her this afternoon.

Attorney's with Morgan & Morgan Law Firm, who represent Zenaida
Fernandez-Gonzalez in the defamation suit against Casey Anthony, are
expected to question Leonard Padilla at 1 p.m.

However, Casey Anthony's attorneys have filed a motion to have the
civil case dismissed. A hearing to address that motion will take place
this morning at 10 a.m.
