"Jane Doe" - 11 months - Chillicothe OH

A Chillicothe woman originally charged with raping an 11-month-old girl was indicted on
a lesser charge today.
A grand jury charged Heather Musgrove, 37, with one count of gross sexual imposition, according
to Ross County Prosecutor Michael Ater.
Authorities allege that while changing a diaper on Aug. 11, Musgrove knowingly touched the
infant's genitals to gratify her sexual desires. She was babysitting the child.
Musgrove was arrested on a first-degree felony rape charge, but examinations of the child found
no physical signs of sexual abuse, Ater said.
Gross sexual imposition is a third-degree felony punishable by one to five years in prison.
Musgrove is being held in the Ross County jail in lieu of posting a $50,000 bond.
