JAN MARTINEZ - 15 yo Male /Special needs - Hartford CT

Hartford Police are seeking assistance finding a missing teenager.
Jan Martinez, 15, 1630 Main Street, Apt. 21, Hartford was last seen around 9:30 p.m. Saturday on Seyms Street.
Martinez is 5'9" tall, 155 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He was
wearing a long white shirt, white sneakers, eyeglasses and has a small
scar on his forehead.
Martinezsuffers from bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy and diabetes and
requires medication. He is also considered to be an immediate danger
to himself.
He may be headed to the Park Street area in Hartford, and has contacts in Hamden at the High Meadows program which he attends.

Police said Martinez suffers from bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy
and diabetes that requires medication, and had attempted to harm
himself in the past.
Police would not elaborate on where or when Martinez was found, but said he was safe.
