KEEGAN SHARKEY - 3 months(2009) - San Antonio TX

A man's been arrested in connection with the death of his 3-month-old son. John Sharkey, 27, was charged with capital murder.Police
say over the weekend they responded to Santa Rosa Hospital when a
3-month-old boy was taken in by EMS workers and wasn't breathing. The
infant was pronounced dead at Saturday morning, but did not show any
signs of trauma.Initially, no charges were filed, but an autopsy
was ordered and that's when the medical examiner found fractures on the
infant's skull. They believe that's what caused his death.We
have confirmed Sharkey and the baby's mother have a history with Child
Protective Services. No word yet what role, if any, the mother played
in the baby's death.
