TYLER and LILLY-ANN GWILLIAM - 6 yo and 20 months - Sacremento CA

A Sacramento man was being sought after authorities said
he abducted his two children from county care during a court-allowed
visit Wednesday, according a Sacramento County Sheriff's Department
spokesman.

Investigators said they had no reason to believe David
Gwilliam intended to harm his children or that the kids were in
imminent danger after the abduction from the visitation facility on the
2300 block of Glendale Lane in Sacramento, sheriff's Sgt. Tim Curran
said.

Curran said Gwilliam, 25, walked out of the building with
6-year-old son Tyler and 20-month-old daughter Lilly-Ann just 12
minutes after arriving for the observed visit around 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday.

The children were made wards of the court in February 2009.

Gwilliam was described as 6 feet tall, 170 pounds with
short brown hair, hazel eyes and a pierced eyebrow. He was last seen
wearing a black t-shirt with white printing and dark jeans.






Tyler is 3 feet, 8 inches tall, 49 pounds with brown hair
and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket with
stripes on the sleeves, a tan t-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis
shoes with blue soles.

Lilly-Ann has curly blonde hair and blue eyes and was last
seen wearing a lavender hair bow, a pink and green windbreaker, a light
pink onesie, dark blue pants, and white tennis shoes with pink on the
soles.

Curran said Gwilliam could be driving one of three
vehicles: a light blue Ford Explorer with Florida license plates, a
dark blue 80s van, or a tan 1986 Chevrolet van.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Gwilliam
or his children was asked to call the Sacramento County Sheriff's
Department at 916-874-5115 or Crime Alert at 916-443-HELP.

Two children who allegedly abducted by their father during a court-allowed visit earlier this week have been found safe.

At
around 7 p.m. Friday, Sacramento County Sheriff's detectives tracked
the suspect, Daniel Gwilliam, to a home on the 4400 block of Bacall Ct.
in Sacramento. They arrested Gwilliam and also found the children at
the home in good health, according to Sgt. Tim Curran, Sacramento
Sheriff's Spokesman.

The children were returned to their foster family.

Gwilliam will be questioned and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on the charge of parental abduction.

The kids, Tyler, 6, and Lilly-Ann,
20 months, were visiting their father at a county visitation facility
at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday when he took them, say witnesses.

The children have been wards of the court since February, 2009.
