ASHLYNN GUZMAN - 15 yo - San Antonio TX

SAN ANTONIO -- Four months after a Somerset High School student was reported missing, there has still been no sign or word from her.Bexar County sheriff's investigator Sgt. Joe Trevino said his department fears she's in danger or may have been harmed.Ashlynn Guzman, 15, never showed up for school on Sept. 8, 2009.Her father reported her missing the next day."She
wasn't in the house, (so) he checked outside," Trevino said. "She
wasn't waiting for bus in front and he later went to the school and
found she had not gone to the school."Ashlynn's father told
authorities he last saw his daughter the night of Sept. 7, but Trevino
said the stories police have been hearing aren't adding up.Trevino
said Ashlynn's father had told a school administrator that he had given
her to her mother. Detectives became concerned when they learned Child
Protective Services had removed Ashlynn from her mother's care for her
own safety.Authorities hope someone recognizes Ashlynn and calls them if they've seen her in the past few months.Anyone with information as to Ashlynn's whereabouts is asked to call Bexar County Sheriff's Investigators at 210-335-6070.
