The SCOVILL Boys - 2 and 3 yo - Cleveland OH
Cleveland OH ---- Phineas Scovil, 25, and Raymond Brown,
23, both of Cleveland, were indicted Tuesday on charges of attempted
murder, endangering children, domestic violence, and felonious assault.
On
March 6, 2010, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason says a family
member of Scovil’s came to visit her residence located on Colfax Road,
in Cleveland, where Brown lives as well. The family member called police
after seeing Scovil's two young boys, ages 2 and 3-years-old,
malnourished.
The children were transported to Rainbow Babies
and Children's Hospital.
The 3-year-old boy weighed 20.9 lbs and
the 2-year-old boy weighed 23.3 lbs when admitted to the hospital.

Two people have been indicted on charges of attempted murder and
child endangering in connection with two toddlers found malnourished by a
relative.

In addition, both face charges of domestic violence and felonious
assault.
