A toddler from Norfolk who was reported missing Friday afternoon has
been found.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children put out a
flier Friday reporting Armand Braswell, who turns 2 next month, missing.
He has since been found and is OK, said D’Ann Paflin, a spokeswoman for
the center.
He was located Friday night in the custody of Child Protective
Services, police said. No additional information was available.
