DESTINY A BOCCONE - 16 yo - Ashburn (NW of Washington) VA

On May 16, 16-year-old Destiny A. Boccone left her residence in Ashburn.
The Sheriff’s Office believed at the time that Boccone was with an
adult male – but the police have since confirmed the male’s identity and
determined that Boccone was not with him.
Boccone is white, roughly 5’2” tall with blue eyes. She has a tongue
ring and braces on her front teeth.



“[Boccone] was seen in Greensboro, M.d., at a carnival on Memorial
Day weekend,” Loudoun County Public Information Officer Kraig Troxell reported.

Troxell said that Boccone used to live in Greensboro before making
the move to Ashburn, and officers know she was in Greensboro over the
weekend. but aren’t aware of whether she’s still there.
Troxell said that officers still believe she’s missing on her own
accord.
“We don’t have anything [pointing] otherwise,” Troxell said.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is seeking information regarding the
whereabouts of a missing Ashburn juvenile missing since May 16.

Destiny
A. Boccone, 16, left her residence on her own accord. She was last seen
in the areas of South Riding and Herndon. She is described as a White
female, 5'2" tall, with blue eyes. She has a tongue ring and braces on
her front teeth.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Wednesday announced it had found the
16-year-old who had been missing since leaving her Ashburn home May 16.
She was found safe in a home in Frederick, MD.

Boccone, 16, left her residence on her own accord more than two weeks
ago, and had last been seen in the areas of South Riding and Herndon.
Originally she was being sought along with an unidentified black man,
who had been seen on security cameras with her. The sheriff's office has
since identified the man, but no charges as pending against him,
spokesperson Kraig Troxell said. Troxell would give no more information
about the circumstances surrounding Boccone and the man.

According
to Troxell, Boccone was found after a Loudoun resident reported they
believed they had seen in Frederick at a carnival. The teenager is
originally from that area, Troxell said. After an investigation, the
sheriff's office learned she might be at a home in Frederick. They sent
Frederick police to the residence, where Boccone was found.

She
has since been returned home to Loudoun.
