ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team headed back to court on Friday over evidence they want to see -- but without authorities watching.Anthony's attorneys were seeking an independent magistrate to be there with them as they sort through evidence.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry ruled that the Orange County Sheriff's Office would make the necessary evidence available to defense experts in a comfortable environment. That would happen after defense attorneys provide a list of what they needed to examine.

Perry also stated that the Sheriff's Office could videotape the examination of the evidence, but the defense team would be allowed to move to a room where they could conduct discussions in private. The judge said he would be available by phone to mediate any disputes.
