Cops are looking for a Washington Heights teenager who vanished two weeks ago.Nathy Perez, 15, told her mom she was going to a local park on July 26 - and has not been seen since."I haven't slept," said distraught mom Iris Nunez, 37.

She has flooded her neighborhood with fliers, but none of the leads has panned out.Nathy was wearing a blue striped T-shirt and jeans when she was last
