A battle is brewing between Roy Kronk's attorney (David Evans) and Casey Anthony's defense team. Apparently, one of Casey Anthony's attorney's (Cheney Mason) has put attorney David Evans on his witness list and that could lead to him being forced to step down as legal council for Kronk because of conflict of interest. What Cheney Mason hopes to gain by putting Roy Kronk's attorney David Evans on his witness list is something I do not understand and it's likely that Judge Perry will be forced to rule on this issue soon.
