Cassandra Velazquez was last seen at a home on Dogwood Trail near Jonesboro with her 28-year-old boyfriend, Miguel Angel Rodriguez-Rios, according to Lt. Tina Daniel with Clayton police.Velazquez has suffered from a brain tumor since she was 9 years old, Daniel said.Rodriguez-Rios is driving a blue 2000 Chevy Tahoe with Georgia license plate BKD 2940, Daniel said.Anyone with information about the location of the two is asked to contact Det.
