A 14-year-old Greensboro girl who suffers from a cognitive impairment went missing from her home on Mountline Drive, prompting a silver alert, authorities in Guilford County said.Authorities described Allison Anna Tepedino as white, weighing 96 pounds.She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue zip-up jacket with red around the cuff and pink Converse tennis shoes.Anyone with any information about Tepedino's whereabouts is asked to call the Guilford County Sheriff's Department at 641-3690.

GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) - Guilford County Sheriff's Deputies have located a 14-year-old girl reported to be missing Wednesday morning.

Allison Anna Tepedino, 14, was located near Cedarline Drive in Greensboro around 11:30 Wednesday morning.

Tepedino, who also goes by "Ally," was discovered missing between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Wednesday. A Silver Alert had been issued because she had a medical condition, believed to be dementia or some other cognitive impairment, and left her Moutline Drive residence without her medication.

Tepedino has been reunited with her parents, deputies said.
