"Jane Doe" - 9 yo - Belleview (SE of Ocala) FL

BELLEVIEW, Fla. -- Police are searching for a man accused of raping a 9-year-old girl in Belleview.
The Belleview Police Department obtained a warrant for the arrest of Jose Pasgual Torres-Galarza on a charge of capital sexual battery.
Torres-Galarza is accused of raping a 9-year-old girl, who said she was attacked while using a restroom, according to police.
The girl's mother found her daughter in a locked bedroom with Torres-Galarza and notified authorities, police said.
No other details were released, but police did release an image of Torres-Galarza.
Anyone with information about Torres-Galarza's whereabouts is urged to call Belleview police or Crime Stoppers at 352-368-STOP.

Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 7:56 p.m. BELLEVIEW - Belleview police officials have obtained an arrest warrant for a 25-year-old man accused of capital sexual battery on a 9-year-old girl.

On Saturday officers went to a residence off Southeast 102nd Place where they met with the child's mother who told them that her daughter was molested by a man who fled the area on foot.
The woman told authorities she was at her home when she noticed her daughter's bedroom door was locked. She said she knocked on the door, and her daughter answered the door. When the mother entered the room, she said, she saw her daughter with a man known to her as Jose Pasgual Torres-Galarza.
She and Torres-Galarza began arguing. When she threatened to call the police, he ran.The girl was taken to Kimberly's Cottage for an interview. There she told investigators she went to use the bathroom and locked the door and that Torres-Galarza entered the bathroom through a window, grabbed her and molested her.
Police searched for Torres-Galarza, who also goes by the name Pascual Avellaneda, but did not find him.
Detective Jimmie Sparrow got a warrant for the man's arrest on Monday.
Anyone with any information about Torres-Galarza's whereabouts can call Sparrow at 245-7044 or Crime Stoppers at 368-STOP.
