A north Florida man pleaded guilty to aggravated child abuse in the death of a little girl after a jury failed to reach a verdict in his murder trial.As part of a plea deal to avoid a retrial, 28-year-old Ronald Edward Kramer pleaded guilty Friday to the lesser charge. He will serve 10 years in prison.Kramer was first arrested in March 2008 after 18-month old Olivia Rescigno was found dead in her crib at her Suwannee County home with bruises on her face and legs and a bite wound on her thigh. The girl's mother, Rebecca Rescigno, pleaded guilty to child endangerment in return for her testimony against Kramer. The jury for Kramer's murder trial began deliberating Wednesday afternoon but told the judge about three hours later that they would not be able to reach a decision.
