Amber Alert Issued For Missing Texas Boy A statewide Amber Alert was in effect Sunday for a missing 6-year-old Texas boy who evidently was kidnapped Saturday night.

VICTORIA (October 17, 2010)—An Amber Alert was in effect Sunday for a missing 6-year-old Victoria boy who evidently was abducted Saturday night. Oscar Perales was last seen at 8 p.m. Saturday in Victoria.

A man driving a dark colored Dodge van took him, authorities said, but no other details of the abduction were available. Perales is Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. He’s 4-feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. He’s missing his top tow front teeth and has two 3-inch scars on either side of his right wrist and two 3-inch scars on his right bicep. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, green shorts and brown Polo shoes. Authorities are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call local police or the Victoria Police Department at (361) 573-3221.
