Casey's lawyers said this time, they want Judge Belvin Perry to force a former volunteer with Texas EquuSearch to turn over photographs that were taken near the wooded area where the body of Casey's 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, was found in December 2008.

Defense attorneys said the photos ended up on two websites, and on the volunteer's personal blog.
