The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public's
assistance in locating Kristen H. Boles, age 27, along with her two
daughters, 9-year-old Faith Craig and 8-year-old Tessa K. Boles.

According to authorities, Kristen picked up Tessa early from school
on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 for a doctor’s appointment, but never took
her to the appointment. Tessa’s father, Adam Boles, became worried
after he received a call advising him his daughter missed her
appointment. Adam filed a complaint with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s
Office on Wednesday, Jan. 5. The Sheriff’s Office has been actively
searching for Kristen and her two daughters since that time.

Kristen has primary custody of Tessa and was not in violation of the
court ordered custody arrangement until Friday, Jan. 7, at 6 p.m. when
she was to turn over Tessa to her father.

It was also discovered Kristen sought assistance from the Salvation
Army in O’Fallon, Mo on Thursday, Jan 6. An appointment with a
salvation army representative was scheduled on Friday, Jan. 7, but
Kristen never showed up for her scheduled appointment.

Friends of the family saw Kristen along with her two daughters
driving on Muegee Rd., Jan. 7, in a 1992 Maroon Chevrolet Camaro,
Missouri License Plate #HF7-YOU. She was also seen again at
approximately 7 p.m. the same day driving on Cave Springs Blvd. near Hwy
70.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office sought charges of Child Abduction
this week after several attempts to locate Kristen failed. Kristen has
kept her daughters out of school since picking them up last Tuesday.
Kristen has been in contact with her parents since going missing,
however, refuses to give her location.

Kristen is not charged in the abduction of her other daughter, Faith Craig, due to having full custody.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office feels Kristen is avoiding Law
Enforcement because of additional outstanding warrants for passing bad checks.

Local mother, two children found safe after being missing more than a week

(KMOV) – A mother and her two children are safe after being missing for more than a week.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s office arrested the mother, Kristen Boles, on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, Kristen Boles picked up her 8-year-old daughter, Tessa, from school. Boles also had her 9-year-old daughter with her. She was supposed to meet Tessa’s father on Friday, but he says she did not show up.
