JUSTINE SMITH - 14 yo - Osceola Mills (N of Altoona) PA

Clearfield-based state police are searching for a missing teenager from the Osceola Mills area.
Police report that 14-year-old Justine Smith did not return home from
the Philipsburg-Osceola School Tuesday. She is listed as around 5 feet,
3 inches tall, and approximately 125 lbs. with blonde hair and blue
eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and an orange and white
striped zip-up hooded sweatshirt. She is believed to be in the
Philipsburg area.

DECATUR TOWNSHIP – According to a fax from Clearfield-based state
police at 12:21 p.m., a teenager reported missing has been found.
Police reported that 14-year-old Justine Smith did not return home from the Philipsburg-Osceola School Tuesday.
