NEWMARKET, N.H. -- Police are looking for a 15-year-old Newmarket girl who ran away from home on Dec. 28, police said.Bianca Telheiro is about 5 feet 4 inches tall, 125 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.Police said they believe she was in the Seacoast area as recently as Thursday.Anyone with information is asked to call police at 603-659-6636.

Police Sgt. Tara Laurent said police don't usually go to the media with this type of runaway case, but the leads are drying up.
"We don't have any new leads; we're at a dead end," she said. "Seventeen days is a long time for a juvenile to be a runaway."
Laurent said police have been in regular contact with Telheiro's friends and family.
They have received a few leads from friends and believed she was still in the Seacoast area as of Jan. 13.
Throughout the investigation, friends have told police that Telheiro has been at
locations in Exeter, Portsmouth and Somersworth.
"By the time we get a tip, we try to go to a location and she is already gone," Laurent said.
Laurent said Telheiro doesn't have a cell phone with her, so police can't trace her location.
It is believed that Telheiro ran away by herself and isn't with anyone.
Telheiro's stepmother, Sheri Schifano, said Telheiro hasn't made contact with the
family since she ran away and all the information they get about her comes from her friends.
"She has a lot of friends in different communities and could be bouncing around," she
said. "But every time we get a new lead, it drys up and every day we're back at square one."
Telheiro hasn't done anything like this before and her family doesn't know why she decided to run away, according to Schifano.

Police continue to search for a missing 15-year-old girl who ran away from home shortly after Christmas.

Detective Sgt. Tara Laurent said there have been no new leads as to Telheiro's whereabouts since her disappearance was first reported Friday.
Telheiro has blond hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing jeans, a sweat shirt and brown Ugg boots.
Laurent said the girl is known to wear makeup often, and she has also dyed her hair brown in the past.
Laurent told Foster's on Friday she is "100 percent sure" there is no foul play involved in Telheiro's disappearance.
Telheiro has recently been in Somersworth, Portsmouth and Exeter.

NEWMARKET — A local 15-year-old girl missing since Dec. 28 was found in Manchester Wednesday night but lingering questions remain about her disappearance.

Newmarket police with the help of Manchester officers located Bianca Telheiro at a Manchester apartment Jan. 26 after receiving an anonymous tip.
Newmarket Detective Sgt. Tara Laurent said police don't know yet why Telheiro was in Manchester or how she got there.

It's also unclear who she was with at the apartment and police continue to investigate, Laurent said.
“We don't know that information yet, our concern was getting her safe,” she said.

Telheiro was unharmed, according to Laurent.

Laurent said Telheiro stayed “somewhere safe” last night and will be reunited with her family today, Jan. 27.

Police will be interviewing Telheiro to find out why she ran away and to make sure that reason is addressed, so it doesn't happen again, Laurent said.

Police believe Telheiro was at multiple places during her 29 days away from home and friends could have helped her out along the way but police are still investigating.

“To be gone this long is unusual. As every day passed our concern mounted,” Laurent said. “To not be found for 29 days is pretty extreme.”
