Two missing teenagers' car found in Va.
OLNEY, Md. - Montgomery County Police are continuing their investigation into the whereabouts of two missing Olney teens.
Detectives learned, Friday, from Virginia State Police that the vehicle driven by Nicholas (Cole) Balderson, 17, a black 1989 Jeep Wrangler was found abandoned at Rest Area 231 along southbound Route 81, approximately 100 miles north of Roanoke, Va.
Detectives are unsure what means of transportation the teens may now be using.
Nicholas Balderson was last seen at his residence on the morning of January 12, and is described as a white male, 5'10" tall, weighing 140 pounds, with green eyes and shoulder-length brown hair.
Rachel Elizabeth Reilly, 16, of Olney was last seen in the company of Balderson during the same afternoon. She is described as a white female, 5'5" tall, weighing 125 pounds, with hazel eyes and long brown hair.
Police and family members are concerned for their welfare due to their ages and the length of time that they have not been in contact with family members.
Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Cole Balderson or Rachel Reilly is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Family Crimes Division at 240-773-5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000

Re: NICHOLAS (COLE) BALDERSON - 17 yo- Olney (N of Washington DC) MD
Montgomery County Police say a teen last seen on January 12 was found Saturday night in Texas.
Cole Balderson was located by his father near a homeless camp behind a
truck stop in San Antonio, police say. Balderson, 17, was reunited with
his family and will fly back to Maryland today.
Balderson was last seen with Rachel Reilly in Olney. Their abandoned
vehicle was located on January 21 at a rest area on Interstate 81 in
Augusta County, Va.
Reilly, who was located on Thursday near the same San Antonio truck
stop where Balderson was found, was reunited with her family and is back
in Maryland.
