For months, Jose Baez has made no secret of his intention to accuse meter reader Roy Kronk of being the real murderer of Caylee Anthony. Finally, Judge Perry has put a stop to that non sense and advised Casey Anthony's defense team that dragging up negative facts about Roy Kronk's past will not be allowed at her murder trial beginning in May. The case against Casey Anthony has been moving much faster and with more fairness since Judge Strickland was replaced by Perry.
