Pre-Trial Motion Denied By Judge Perry (Casey Anthony Trial)

Two critical pieces of evidence for the prosecution in the Casey Anthony murder case will now be allowed at her upcoming trial. The first piece of evidence that Casey Anthony's defense team wanted excluded was her conversation with police at her parents home when her daughter Caylee Marie was first reported missing. The second piece of evidence that will now be allowed at trial are the video tapes that were made in jail of Casey Anthony talking to her parents. Many of those taped visitations between Casey and her parents have already been released to the public under Florida's "Sunshine Law".
