Re: Sus' Notes on 1/21/09 Document Release
3143 – Krunk’s first call – Crimeline report was at 10:17 PM on 8/12/08, describes area as swamp with 6ft high fence, saw a sliver metallic thing that looked like a vinyl bag and a little further up a little white round object (not sure what it was); bag was behind the tree and there was a 6’ eastern diamond back rattler dead on side of the road. Krunk not interested in going in further. Report states “That was in the first break; where a tree is fallen over…”
3144 – Krunk 911 call on 8/11/08 something looks white and a gray bag down there
3148 – Krunk 911 call on 8/12/08 describes a gray, vinyl-like bag, like a pool cover
3154 – 12/11/08 Search Warrant requests: DNA, blood, or other bodily fluid and the like, any and all varieties of garbage bags, garbage bag containers, adhesive tape to include Duct tape, packaging material for the same, chemical components that may be used to make chloroform, receipts for purchases of the same, containers that may be used to mix chemicals, baby medications, vacuum cleaner(s) to include wet-vac’s, all photos and photo albums, videos or CD’s containing photos, storage device(s) used to capture digital images, disposable cameras and/or film, small cloth type lettering similar to the ones found with the body, any “Winnie the Pooh” clothing, towels, blankets or similar cloth items, diapers and pull up pants, all tooth and hair brushes, cell phone(s) and any computer systems or related medial (media = hard drives, floppies, CD’s, Zip drives etc) that may be on the property.
3158 – 12/11/08 Search Warrant states that they are aware that KC used the home computer to send emails while out on bond but it is unknown if she took additional steps in an attempt to alter the course of this investigation or provide any false leads; notes that during all times at the house, KC had access to the house computer
3159 – 12/11/08 Search Warrant – remains appeared to have originally been within a black plastic garbage bag and within a cloth laundry hamper bag. There was a piece of silver duct tape over the mouth area of the skull; the skull, bag and loose bones were collected and taken to the Orange County ME's office; within the bag was discovered a small shirt size 3T, a small pair of white shorts with vertical stripes size 24 months, small cloth type letters that appeared to be iron-ons and a “Winnie the Pooh” blanket.
3163 – 12/20/08 Search Warrant requests: certain trace evidence to include arts and crafts material, stickers, scrap booking material, all shoes belonging to Casey Anthony, the original clothing George Anthony last saw Caylee Anthony wearing on June 16th (pink colored top, blue jean skirt or skort, white shoes, small child’s backpack with monkey design and white rimmed sunglasses), any doll clothing that would fit the doll recovered from Casey’s vehicle on July 15th, small plastic toy horses similar to the one found at the crime scene, and a black or brown backpack/shoulder bag similar to the one GA saw KC with on June 16th, that may be on said property. Also requests the authority to observe and note any prescriptions that may be on said property.
3168 – 12/20/08 Search Warrant – Once at ME’s office, Dr. Utz went to remove the duct tape and he noticed that the tape was attached on both ends to the child’s hair. The hair had to be cut in order for the duct tape to be removed. Tape later sent to FBI. Latent print noticed residue in the perfect shape of a heart; residue appeared consistent with the adhesive side of a heart-shaped sticker; appears sticker was put on the duct tape intentionally; small heart shaped sticker similar in size to residue found on duct tape found in the search area; the sheet from which sticker came from was not recovered from the scene; soil samples from search area taken, KC’s shoes to be collected
3174 – Forensic report; Black plastic bag from KC’s car contained: doll, backpack, child’s tooth brush, black leather bag, various papers, dinner knife, blue plastic crate, plastic clothes hangers
