Insession had the obnoxious, over attitude defense attorney Jose Baez on. They asked him a few questions, and made many stupid comments. One of the questions was about Why Casey didn’t report Caylee missing. Baez says that in first minute of his opening statement, we will all know the answer. Well I am just going to warn him now, that there is no excuse in the world that anyone would fall for as to why the murderer didn’t report her child missing, of course unless he is going to say that Casey killed Caylee and didn’t want her to be found.

Baez said a few times on Insession that Casey was intelligent. Guess she wasn’t too intelligent, she got caught!
