Casey Anthony In Court Today For “Evidence” Hearing

Casey Anthony walked into the courtroom at 8:56 wearing a gray sweater with a plaid shirt, hair tied back in a ponytail. The case went into an immediate 30 minute recess to await setup of equipment for a witness to testify via teleconference for the Defense team.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry will hear arguments over the murder case evidence including the Car Trunk Stain and Heart Sticker evidence. State prosecutors claim the stain in Casey’s car trunk resembled a small child in the fetal position.
