Casey Hearing Focuses On Heart Sticker, Trunk Stains

ORLANDO, Fla. Casey Anthony will return the courtroom Friday for another hearing before Judge Belvin Perry.

Friday's hearing will focus specifically on the heart shape sticker that was found on the duct tape over Caylee's mouth.

Defense attorney's said they want that evidence tossed out.

Another piece of evidence the court will consider is a stain in Casey's car trunk. prosecutors believe the stain could prove that Caylee's body was once in Casey's trunk.

If the judge allows jurors to hear about the stain in the upcoming murder trial, that could work in the state's favor.
