DERRICK WHEELER - 15 yo - New Orleans LA

Police in the Lower 9th Ward are searching for a missing 15-year-old boy.Derrick
Wheeler was last seen Friday at about 7 a.m., as he walked to the
school bus stop near his home in the 400 block of Saint Maurice Street.New
Orleans Police Department officials said Wheeler's mother reported him
missing Saturday at about 2 a.m. She said it's not the first time he has
disappeared.Wheeler has a light brown complexion, is 5 feet 4
inches tall, weighs 115 pounds and has a short, brown afro, police said.
He was last seen wearing his school uniform, a royal blue polo-style
shirt, khaki pants and black Timberland boots.Anyone who sees Wheeler or knows his whereabouts is urged to contact the NOPD at 504-821-2222.
