Police seek help locating two missing girls

Saskatoon police are asking for help in locating two missing teens in unrelated cases,

Saskatoon police are asking for help in locating two missing 14-year-old girls in separate cases.
The first missing teenager is Jaylyn Summerdawn Bird.
She was last seen leaving a residence in the 400-block Witney Avenue South during the afternoon of Saturday, October 30, 2010. She has been in communication with friends since then, but police have been unable to locate her.
Bird is described as 5’3”, 150 lbs with brown hair and eyes.
The second missing girl is Leah Janelle Parker.
She was last seen leaving a relatives residence in the 200-block Avenue N South around 8:00 p.m. on New Year’s Day. She has previously involved in a high risk lifestyle causing concern for police and family members.
Parker is described as 5’4”, 120 lbs with black shoulder length hair with bangs. She has a slim build and a beauty mark under her right eye.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either girl is asked to contact Saskatoon Police Service at 975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-80-222-8477.

A missing 14 year old girl has been located by police and found to be safe.
Jaylyn Summerdawn Bird - Located March 29, 2011
Jaylyn Summerdawn Bird, 14 years old, was last seen on Saturday, October 30, 2010, leaving her residence in the 400 block of Witney Avenue South. She was reported missing to police when she failed to return. Throughout this time she had communicated with friends but police were unable to locate her to confirm she was safe.
The Saskatoon Police Service would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance in this matter.
